Funeral Service Crew - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
£12.40 per hour plus benefits. Part-time, 18.75 hours per week, working various shifts Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. You will also be part of the on-call rota based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire S75 1DR, and Pontefract, West Yorkshire WF8 1AZ.

What you’ll do
1. Collect the deceased from various locations and scenarios professionally and empathetically.
2. Bear coffins and drive funeral vehicles.
3. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities, including vehicles.
4. Prepare coffins and engrave nameplates.
5. Prepare the deceased for viewings and funerals.
