The job
A skilled and experienced technical writer who guides and mentors more junior writers while working on advanced tasks with minimal supervision. They must be proficient in Technical Writing tools and processes and be a problem solver with strong communication skills and adaptability.
Key responsibilities
1. Meet project milestones and report on your progress
2. Learn complex work from self-learning, training, and shadowing seniors
3. Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and good judgement
4. Follow existing processes and propose improvements
Essential requirements
5. Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in English, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical Writing (or equivalent area/level of education and experience).
6. 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation development
7. Demonstrate new learning to mentor, lead, and manager
8. Seek limited guidance for resolving conflicts and delivering in sync with multiple teams
9. Work under minimal supervision on advanced, unstructured, and complex work
10. Work with global teams in a fast, dynamic, and collaborative environment
11. Improve the quality of content, adhere to the established standards and guidelines, and deliver on time
12. Design, develop, review, and publish high-quality technicaldocumentation
