Position
The Sales Support Administrator will be based from our head office in Lacock, Wiltshire. In this role you will coordinate and support the Commercial team as they align service offerings and business development strategy across the IT Managed Services space. You will help develop and grow the business base, working with internal and external resources to achieve objectives and maximise return on investment.

Main Duties
* Generate customer quotations and manage sales orders within Mintivo line of business system
* Progress and monitor orders from quote to procurement and delivery
* Keep CRM updated, managing opportunities
* Develop proposals with sales team to match client needs
* Maintain knowledge of technical specifications and new products and services
* Obtain pricing, availability and delivery information for products and services
* Register vendor deals and record warranties and licensing
* Manage purchasing, stock control and deliveries as required
* Collaborate with Finance and Technical departments to resolve issues and queries
* Answer, screen and forward phone calls
* Attend and contribute to meetings when requested
* Provide hospitality support to clients and assist with marketing and events
* Perform other sales administrative and operational activities as required
Essential Skills & Experience
* Dynamic, capable, hardworking, confident and able to manage own workload within a team
* Strong customer service focus
* General admin and support experience
* Good attention to detail and high accuracy
* Strong problem‑solving skills
* Experience working in an IT MSP environment preferable

Notes
37.5 hours a week, Monday–Friday. Travel to customer sites may be required. DBS and BPSS security checks are required.
