Your New Role:This position involves working with pupils who have complex needs including Autism, ADHD, SLD, and PMLD. You'll be part of a caring, well-supported team committed to pupil success.
Main Duties Include:
* Planning and delivering lessons based on individual learning needs
* Adjusting teaching styles to accommodate different abilities
* Creating a calm, supportive, and engaging classroom
* Managing challenging behaviour constructively
* Assisting with care needs if necessary
Who We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified teacher with QTS
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* Experience working with SEN in UK schools
* Confident adapting lessons and managing behaviours
* Available Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30
