Teaching Assistant – SEN Secondary School – Andover
We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team at a specialist secondary school in Andover. The school works with students aged 11-16 who have moderate learning difficulties, and you’ll help them learn, grow, and succeed in a positive, caring environment.
About the Role:
You’ll support students one-to-one and in groups, help deliver tailored lessons, and encourage positive behaviour. Working closely with teachers, you’ll play a key part in helping students reach their goals and feel confident every day.

* Contract: Permanent (term-time)
* Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
* Start: September
Who We’re Looking For:
* Someone patient, calm, and flexible
* Experience supporting young people with special educational needs (great but not essential)
* A team player who really cares about making a difference
* Willing to help with communication and social skills support
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to get one)
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Driving licence preferred but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
