Salary: Up to GBP52,500 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Permanent, Full Time Days Only Monday to Friday

Your Role: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
* In this hands on leadership role, you will:
* Supervise and mentor a small electrical maintenance team
* Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Deliver plant projects from initial concept through to installation and commissioning
* Drive continuous improvement and maximise plant uptime by working closely with other departments
What Were Looking For
* Timeserved, electrically qualified (HNC/HND preferred)
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in heavy engineering, manufacturing or industrial maintenance
* Strong background in electrical plant maintenance and project delivery
* Excellent planning, leadership and communication skills
