Project Analyst
Location: Redditch (Office-based, with occasional travel)
Salary: £35k + £5k Car Allowance
Benefits: 25 days holiday (increasing with service) + Birthday off
Are you a highly organised multitasker who thrives on keeping projects and people running smoothly? Our client is looking for a proactive Project Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting at Director level.
This is a varied and fast-paced position, touching everything from performance analysis and recruitment compliance to event planning and health & safety oversight.
What youll be doing:
Performance Monitoring & Reporting Analyse key metrics, spot trends, and provide actionable insights.
Recruitment & Compliance Ensure staff paperwork and records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Admin & Event Support Organise quarterly meetings/events, manage diaries, book travel and accommodation, and prepare presentations.
Training & Systems Support Help roll out training and provide Salesforce guidance.
Health & Safety Monitor compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
What were looking for:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
Clear, confident communication written and verbal.
Experience in admin, compliance, recruitment support, and event coordination.
Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
Proactive, detail-focused, and adaptable.
