This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys the commercial side of accounting, working across multiple divisions and departments to help drive accuracy, efficiency, and value for the wider business. Key responsibilities: Oversee management accounts, statutory reporting, audits, and ad-hoc finance projects. Ensure full compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS and regulatory requirements. Strengthen financial controls and improve processes and systems Provide commercial finance insights and support strategic decision-making. Coach, mentor and develop team members, ensuring strong technical and client-management capability. Manage resource planning and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Build strong client relationships Collaborate across business areas and contribute to business development opportunities. Play a key role in day-to-day operations, helping meet financial targets and support wider strategic goals. Requirements: Qualified accountant with practice and/or industry experience. Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and related standards. Solid understanding of tax and financial reporting requirements. Collaborative, with excellent relationship-building abilities. Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing development.
