A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
* Maintain guest rooms and public areas to be spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
* Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with attention to detail to ensure every room is guest-ready.
* Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels to keep everything looking fresh and inviting.
* Replenish in-room amenities, including toiletries, tea, and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
* Report maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top condition.
* Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
* Assist with special requests, such as setting up extra beds or delivering additional amenities, to make each stay memorable.
* Collaborate with other departments, especially front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
