Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, analyzing data, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and customer retention.
1. Oversee customer growth, training, and the development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment.
2. Analyze and explore data from various CRM systems to understand the drivers behind customer account closures.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support.
4. Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels.
5. Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns.
6. Recognize and capitalize on upsell opportunities when applicable.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
