The Role
Chart Industries is hiring an Apprentice Training Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled individual to lead and deliver a 4-year in-house training program for up to 20 apprentices. The role involves instructing, guiding, and assisting apprentices to achieve competency and job performance levels.

What Will You Do...
* Lead the 4-year Apprentice Training Programme in HTO-UK.
* Manage up to 20 apprentices aged 16-22, overseeing their training and participation.
* Possess sufficient technical skills to teach basic to complex machining and programming skills.
* Liaise with external training providers.
* Conduct recruitment and selection for new apprentices.
* Manage the in-house apprentice development program.
The role is based on-site in Peterborough, requiring visibility and presence. Some travel to recruitment fairs and events is necessary, along with occasional out-of-hours work, which is fully expensed. Additional travel within the UK may also be required.
What Do You Bring...

* Health and Safety legislation and requirements.

* Modern manufacturing management techniques.
* Ability to work independently.
* Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement.
* Recognized Modern Apprenticeship qualification.
