If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) within the Assessment & Intervention service. The MASH is the first point of contact for all potential safeguarding concerns relating to children. It is a co-located, multi-agency team that brings together professionals and information from across services to identify risks and needs at the earliest possible stage. This collaborative approach ensures that children and families receive the right support, at the right time, from the right service. As our MASH Team Manager, you will: Lead and manage a team of social workers and support staff within the MASH. Make timely and effective decisions on thresholds for intervention. Provide professional guidance, support, and challenge to ensure high standards of practice. Work closely with partner agencies to ensure a joined-up and responsive safeguarding approach. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who: Has a strong understanding of safeguarding thresholds and statutory responsibilities. Can confidently manage a fast-paced, multi-agency environment. Is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families. Brings a collaborative and reflective leadership style. Please note: The MASH team is required to work from the office for the first three months of their appointment to support induction and team integration.
