Programme Manager – Index, Equities, Technology, Agile, Data, Front Office, Hedge Funds, Trading, SQL, Java – Financial Services – London – Contract – Up to £900/day (to umbrella company) Inside IR35My client, a leading global Financial Services organisation, is seeking a Programme Manager to join their London office on an initial 6-month contract.You will be working closely with the engineering teams, driving execution across several key business and product centric initiatives, including the creation of a golden source of information for key trade data, working with the product catalogue to establish a view of all product offerings across the Index suite. As well as an exciting AUM process re-engineering project. These will be delivered in Agile with fortnightly releases, which you will lead and drive, ensuring clarity and accountability across senior stakeholders and engineering.To be successful in this role you will need:Proven Programme Management experience in a fast paced Financial Services organisation (Investment Bank, FinTech or Buy Side firm)Strong Agile delivery backgroundTechnical understanding, preferably knowledge or experience of delivery SQL, Python Or Java related projects and platformsExperience working with Quant Devs in a trading or hedge fund environment would be highly beneficialExperience within the Index space (direct or indirect), but a strong understandingExcellent communication skillsComplex data driven environments exposureThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation, working on high profile and critical projects within a key business line.
