Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum DOE

About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join a growing business based in Cheltenham. This role would suit someone with a background in sales, account handling or customer service who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll manage day-to-day communication with customers, handle enquiries, and ensure a high standard of service throughout the customer journey. You must have a valid UK Licence for this role.
Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer enquiries, providing clear, professional and timely responses

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
*
Handle quotations, orders and follow-ups to support revenue and customer retention
*
Manage customer accounts, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
*
Proactively monitor deadlines and commitments to ensure customer expectations are met
*
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience
*
Identify opportunities to add value and improve customer relationships
*
Maintain accurate records across internal systems
*
Work in line with Health & Safety policies and company procedures
*
Operate in a sustainable and responsible manner
*
Provide flexibility for business needs, including occasional weekend work
Skills & Experience Required
*
Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service or another client-facing role
*
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
*
Organised and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*
Reliable, motivated and professional in approach
*
Essential: Full UK driving licence
