Temporary Accounts Administrator!
Duration: 2 months initially (possible extension)
Hours: 40 hours per week - flexible start/finish within 7am-5pm
Pay: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
About the Company
A busy, wellestablished logistics company in Bradford BD12 is looking for a proactive Temporary Accounts Administrator to support the finance team during a peak period. This is a great opportunity to jump into a fastpaced environment and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Ledger (Main Focus!)
2. Processing supplier invoices and matching, batching & coding
3. Handling supplier queries and contacting customers regarding overdue invoices
4. Debtor Chasing
5. Daily/weekly reconciliations
6. Investigating and resolving discrepancies
7. Sending supplier statements
8. Producing financial reports for internal teams
9. Helping with adhoc finance duties as needed
Skills & Experience
10. Solid purchase ledger/ Accounts experience (essential)
11. Systems experience: Sage & QuickBooks
12. Intermediate Excel
13. IT skills & ability to pick up new systems easily
14. Organised, proactive, and a great communicator
