Contract: 6 months +
Day Rate: £45hr - £90hr(Inside IR35)
Panoramic Associates is recruiting experienced Registered Building Inspectors for interim opportunities
Conducting statutory building control inspections across residential and commercial developments
Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and BSR (Building Safety Regulator) requirements
Liaising with developers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders
Registered Building Inspector (all levels) status (current registration required)
Proven site inspection experience across varied building types
Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and BSR requirements
