Pertemps is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support
* Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone to address enquiries.
* Assist in preparing sales quotations
* Processing of sales orders
* Follow up with clients
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel) and strong IT skills.
* Excellent customer service skills with clear and professional communication abilities.
* Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn new software tools as needed.
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 3pm
Pay is £12.82 per hour
