Vacancy Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (Senior Associate) with 6 years' PQE to join their busy and growing Private Client department in South West London. The role will involve advising a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and trustees, often with cross-border considerations. The work will include wills, estate planning, trusts, probate, tax matters, and mental capacity work. Candidates with experience in mental capacity issues, business succession planning, or cross-border estates are particularly encouraged to apply. The firm is also supportive of STEP and tax-related qualifications such as ATT.
