Locomotive Services TOC Limited is seeking a Commercial & Contracts Manager to lead our commercial strategy, manage contracts, and explore new business opportunities that help us grow and diversify.
About the Role
As Commercial & Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing existing contracts and ensuring all agreements are fit for purpose.
* Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities.
* Working closely with senior management and operational teams to deliver safe, profitable services.
* Leading the development of flagship projects like the Chairman's Train.
* Monitoring market trends and reporting insights to leadership.
* Ensuring financial oversight of all contracts.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in a commercial environment and project delivery.
* Strong understanding of railway principles and financial systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A flexible, proactive approach and willingness to travel or lodge when required.
* Intermediate IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Document Control Systems).
Training & Development
We'll provide tailored on-the-job training and systems support, including SharePoint and QMS.
