Rota: Every Monday 13:00 - 18:00, Tuesday 13:00 - 18:00, Wednesday 09:00 - 13:00 and alternate weekends Saturday 12:00 - 17:15 and Sunday 12:00 - 16:00 Main duties and responsibilities: Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by: Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines To be successful in this role, we are looking for people: Good friendly manner Good interpersonal skills Willing to learn
