Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
We’re working with a Tier 1 ranked Property Securitisation team in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Paralegal to support on high-value transactions within the affordable housing sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior conveyancing experience who wants to build their career within a specialist real estate team handling transactions ranging from £1m to £500m.
The Role
You’ll support Partners and Solicitors on large-scale securitisation transactions, including:
* Identifying titles and obtaining Official Copy Entries
* Undertaking title checks and property due diligence
* Carrying out searches and liaising with Local Authorities
* Pre- and post-completion Land Registry work
* Managing your own caseload and progressing matters efficiently
* Providing progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role where organisation and accuracy are key.
About You
* Prior experience in conveyancing is essential
* Experience in a similar paralegal role is highly desirable
* Knowledge of social housing / affordable housing is advantageous
* Strong drafting and research skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
This role would suit someone who enjoys high-volume transactional work and wants exposure to complex property finance matters within a well-established team.
