Salary: £58,000 + performance bonus
The Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Gym & Spa to lead the operational delivery of a premium fitness and wellness offering in London. This is a maternity cover position, ideal for a strong operational leader with a passion for service excellence, people development, and high standards.
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional day-to-day performance across gym and spa operations, driving consistency, quality, and commercial results while delivering an outstanding member and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage gym and spa operations with a strong focus on operational excellence
2. Set, maintain, and continuously improve service standards across all sites
3. Develop, coach, and inspire management and frontline teams to perform at their best
4. Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with brand, contractual, and client expectations
5. Oversee compliance with SLAs, health & safety, and operational policies
