Our team delivers consistent, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people develop life skills, confidence, and emotional resilience. No two days are the same — but every day has the power to change someone’s life.
Your Role as a Support Worker
You’ll be part of a dedicated, hands-on team supporting individuals with a range of complex needs such as Autism, Learning disabilities, Mental health conditions, & Challenging behaviour. To help the individual live safely and independently in their own homes. Your work will make a direct and lasting impact.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting
* Encouraging independence and building confidence through meaningful activities and community access
* Being a calm, reliable presence during difficult times, offering emotional reassurance and structure
* Promoting routines and relationships that help people feel safe, respected, and included
* Monitoring and recording progress, recognising and celebrating small wins every day
* Working regular 12-hour shifts — including waking nights — to provide consistent and high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
* A Full UK (manual) driving licence
* A minimum of one year’s experience working in care or support (desirable)
* Compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence
* Confidence working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge
* Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping
* Flexibility to work across services in Shropshire and Staffordshire
* A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred care

* This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. All criminal convictions, including spent ones, must be declared.
