Handling customer queries behind the scenes, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for our Home Delivery Drivers.
Consistently providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with questions, and proactively offering help.
Building extensive knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to assist with recommendations.
Working flexibly across the store as required.
Being comfortable with early morning starts (most shifts begin at 4am) and working in a fast-paced, physical, high-energy environment, often alone but also thriving as part of a team.

Having great attention to detail, keeping the store clean and clutter-free, and creating the best shopping experience for customers. Candidates must be above the school-leaver age in their country.
If shifts cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, candidates must be at least 18 years old.
