TheRole
We are looking for a SocialMedia and Community Executive to join our team and help us createand manage engaging content across our channels Instagram TikTokYouTube Pinterest and Threads (and future channels!). In this roleyou will get to work across daytoday channel management contentcreation community support as well as analysing data across oursocial commerce channel and paid social campaigns.
Inthis role youll get to:
* Take ownership of scheduling contentacross our channels.
* Create monthly contentcalendars based on themes outlined by the Senior Social MediaManager.
* Coordinate with our pro and creatorsquad fostering relationships renewing contracts and craftingmonthly briefs to deliver engagingcontent.
* Support the Senior Social MediaManager in developing and implementing Social Media strategiesfocusing on our key markets (the UK and the US) and influencerdistributor markets.
* Ensure that creator feesare within the allocated monthly budget review the performance ofeach creator and scout for potentially newcreators.
* Manage community engagement bymonitoring user engagement engaging with relevant contentidentifying opportunities tracking brand sentiment and proactivelyaddressing potential issues.
* Review taggedcontent across IG & TikTok and request necessary usagerights for repurposing.
* Responsible forshooting inhouse UGC aligned to campaigns outlined by the SeniorSocial Media Manager.
* Support the Senior SocialMedia Manager on the monthly report owning slides on competitoranalysis consumer insights and TikTok boosting. Identify trends andprovide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Demonstrate familiarity with paid social mediaand support in working with creators for paid activation.
* Demonstrate familiarity with Social Commercechannels particularly TikTok Shop and IG Shop.
* Support the Senior Social Media Manager indeveloping and implementing Social Media strategies to support ourkey markets (the UK and the US) and provide our distributor marketswith a monthly content overview.
* Work with theSenior Social Media Manager to manage the workload of freelance/Social Media assistant developing team management skills.
* Responsible for staying uptodate with thelatest social media trends and industry developments and beproactive in implementing them into our channels weekly.
* Collaborate with internal teams includingmarketing PR Ecommerce and creative to ensure social mediaactivations align with business goals and brandmessaging.
