ACR are working with one of the UK’s leading residential developers who are currently recruiting for a Construction Programmer to join their team. As a Construction Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and updating construction programme schedules, coordinating site routes and layout plans with Construction Managers, and tracking project progress through regular reports and site visits. You will maintain key tracking systems such as ASTA Powerproject updates, weekly excel Progress Schedules, weekly Progress Minutes, the Build Sales Tracker, Milestone Tracker, and Timber Frame schedules, and collaborate with senior management on EOTs, LADs, and other contractual obligations. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract.
