Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently and professionally handle incoming telephone calls.
Maintain communication with site staff regarding works and materials.
Collaborate with the Accounts Manager to assist with purchase ledger and invoicing.
Order materials as required.
Schedule client appointments effectively.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely updates for clients.
Perform fast and accurate data entry.
Keep data up to date and easily accessible.
Manage electronic filing, scanning, and mail responsibilities.
Address any client correspondence as necessary.
Prepare documentation using Microsoft Office Suite.Key Skills Required:
