The role is for a new business sales executive dedicated to Dynamics 365.
The position reports to the sales director but works closely with the Dynamics team.
The role allows for remote work, though candidates must be UK-based due to travel requirements to client sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals with a focus on manufacturing and service industries. You will work closely with the sales director and Dynamics consultancy team to deliver revenue targets, leveraging existing pipelines and conducting proactive outreach.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven ERP sales experience, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment, with a strong understanding of Business Central or similar ERP solutions. Preference is given to candidates with Microsoft Partner experience, especially in Business Central sales.

Compensation and quota
The salary range targeted is approximately £50k to £60k GBP base for candidates with two to three years of ERP sales experience, with commission on top.
The previous occupant of the role earned about 150k GBP total compensation in year one including commission.
The hiring manager is open to paying up to £70k-£80k GBP base for more experienced candidates who can generate significant revenue immediately.
The commission structure pays 20% on profit margin from sales, including Microsoft licenses and professional services.
