Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression’s Warehouse Manager responsibilities include:
* Managing warehouse operations and ensuring timely completion of duties as set by the General Manager.
* Receiving and counting deliveries into our main store.
* Updating Protein on all stock movements.
* Receiving deliveries for MFS and confirming goods via email.
* Arranging stock transfers from all stores to engineers.
* Providing technical advice to Ansul install and service teams.
* Maintaining warehouse housekeeping standards.
* Liaising with suppliers on stock issues.
* Booking in deliveries received.
* Notifying suppliers of short deliveries or parts issues.
* Picking van stock for engineers as per pick lists.
* Arranging courier deliveries.
* Issuing purchase orders.
* Managing employees' Kitchensafe and interface builds.
* Coordinating with suppliers for stock requirements and sourcing new suppliers when needed.
* Managing van stock orders for engineers.
* Organising disposal and waste collection of old tanks and cylinders.
* Arranging emergency stock deliveries.
* Unloading deliveries into the warehouse.
* Organising consumables orders.
* Conducting exit inventories of engineers' stock and tools.
* Producing stocktakes for identified issues.
* Ordering tools for engineers.
* Arranging collections for IBC stillage and waste metals.
* Picking, packing, and distributing fire extinguishers.
* Organising cylinder collection for blow-through tests.
* Ordering stock for Kitchensafe builds.
* Performing stocktakes of fast-moving stock and satellite stores.
* Conducting annual full warehouse stocktake.
Candidate Profile:
We seek candidates with:
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Full Driving Licence.
* Counterbalance forklift license (training available for the right candidate).
