We are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our team to support the Head Chef with both the operational running of the kitchen but also the development of the kitchen team for the future. You must have the presence to lead the team when the Head Chef is absent in a busy fresh food kitchen which caters for breakfast through to dinner for both hotel residents and walk in guests. xcunqrw
We would also be happy to consider this role on a 4 day week basis rather than a 5 day standard rota.
