Working with a well established, motivated and supportive team, this is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding, committed Pastoral Manager to join our team, working together to ensure that every student is happy, safe and successful.

To succeed as our Pastoral Manager you will be caring and approachable, with a strong commitment to supporting students’ wellbeing and personal development, experienced in providing practical pastoral support to help students overcome emotional, behavioural, or attendance‑related challenges and be able to build positive, trusting relationships with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
