We are supporting several international semiconductor and electronics manufacturers who are seeking Regional Sales Managers to drive growth across the UK & Ireland.
These home-based roles focus on key account management, distributor relationships, and new business development, working closely with internal technical and commercial teams to execute regional sales strategies.
Experience
* Sales experience within the semiconductor or electronics industry
* Proven ability to manage a regional territory and deliver against targets
* Experience working with distributors and channel partners
* Exposure to OEM and EMS customer environments
Skills & Competencies
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Solid technical understanding of semiconductor or electronic component products
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
* Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable in a field-based role
* Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
