Sales Consultant – Full-Time
Permanent | £25,000 + Uncapped Commission
We’re working with a leading national retail group to find a confident, customer-focused Sales Consultant for a busy showroom environment in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone with strong face-to-face sales experience and a proactive, service-led approach.
The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be engaging with both trade and public customers, supporting them through the full sales process — from initial conversation to closing the deal. You’ll be joining a well-established team with excellent earning potential and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality customer service and product guidance
Managing sales from enquiry to completion
Processing payments and handling customer orders
Supporting stock handling and general showroom upkeep
Building strong relationships with regular clients and trade contacts
Working to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Need:
2+ years’ experience in a retail or sales-based role
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage a wide range of customers
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
What’s on Offer:
