You will take ownership for the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion and handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and client representatives to ensure projects are delivered smoothly with minimal disruption to operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryManage multiple small-to-medium commercial projects concurrentlyWork closely with Site Managers and site teams to coordinate project deliveryPlan works around live hotel operationsDrive programme and sequencing to avoid disruptionMonitor progress, identify risks and support resolution of site issuesProgramme & PlanningBuild and maintain clear project programmesCoordinate out-of-hours / phased works where requiredIdentify risks early and adjust delivery approachSubcontractor ManagementCoordinate trades across active hotel environmentsMaintain standards on quality, tidiness, and professionalismEnsure works are completed efficiently and safelyClient InterfaceAct as key contact for hotel General Managers / Duty ManagersCommunicate daily / weekly plans clearlyBuild trust through reliability and deliveryCommercial AwarenessWork alongside QS to support commercial controlManage variationsAssist with small works pricingMonitor budgets and cost risksHealth, Safety & Live Environment ControlEnsure safe systems of works are implement on siteEnsure safe segregation of works vs guests / staffPromote a strong health, safety and quality cultureAbout YouEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience managing construction projects from pre-start to completionAbility to lead and coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors and delivery teamsStrong programme planning and subcontractor coordination skillsSound knowledge of construction methods and sequencingGood commercial awareness including variations and cost controlStrong communication skills with clients, consultants, and site teamsStrong understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities, site compliance, and safe systems of workAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain progress under pressureFull UK driving licenceDesirableSMSTS / SSSTSCSR / CSCS CardExperience in hotel, healthcare or live environmentsWHJS1_NI
