Job Description
The Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
3. Supporting the Property Partner on commercial property transactions including business leases and acquisitions.
4. Working closely with senior residential property lawyer and dealing with probate sales
5. Supporting on agricultural property matters when required
6. Managing client relationships by maintaining effective communication and providing regular updates.
7. Supporting on business development
The Successful Applicant
The successful Property Solicitor should have:
8. A background in either Commercial or Residential Property or both
9. Be a qualified Solicitor - any level considered
10. Ties to the Harrogate area
11. Proven ability to manage a caseload with attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication and relationship management.
