We're looking for an experienced and people‑focused Sales Operations Team Leader to work alongside the Sales Operations Manager, guiding, motivating and developing a high‑performing team. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, managing priorities, and ensuring our customers receive a consistently exceptional level of service. What You'll Be Doing

* Support workload planning and daily priority management to ensure the team is organised and performing effectively.
* Role‑model Sales Operational Excellence, consistently achieving targets and KPIs.
* Monitor customer SLAs across orders, quotes and outstanding queries.
* Act as the subject matter expert for relevant systems and tools.
* Support Sales Operations training, including onboarding and induction activities.
* Assist with the delivery and administration of business incentives for the Sales Operations team.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and customer escalations, responding quickly and effectively.
* Build strong working relationships with the Internal Sales Management team.
* Coach, guide and motivate team members to perform at their best.
* Deputise for the Sales Operations Manager when required.


What You'll Bring

* Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
* Experience building effective relationships with coworkers and customers.
* Previous experience working with a CRM system.
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Confidence working with numbers and operational metrics.
* A professional and confident telephone manner.
* A customer‑focused, target‑driven mindset.
* Understanding of sales and operational processes.
* Clear and effective communication skills (written, verbal and face‑to‑face).
* Strong people engagement and coaching capability.
