Job Title: Processing Administrator
Location: Crawley
Job Type: Temporary
Hours:09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday) in office
Key Responsibilities:
o Handling purchasing and procurement of office supplies and other business-related materials
o Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
o Answering and making phone calls with confidence, assisting customers, suppliers, and internal teams
o Assisting with invoice processing
o Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails
o Coordinating office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained
o Supporting various departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed

o A confident phone manner and willingness to engage with people professionally
o Highly organized with good attention to detail
o Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
o Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
