Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Wokingham
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting for a small residential care home in Wokingham with a Good CQC rating. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and homely environment.
As the Registered Manager, you will:
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding care.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain our Good rating.
* Oversee the development and review of individual care plans.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals.
* Promote the home within the local community and maintain healthy occupancy levels.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager in a residential care setting.
* Health and Social Care Level 5 qualification.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
* Passion for providing exceptional care to older adults.
