Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
* Support team management by collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Participate in food production activities, including chopping, mixing, and plating dishes.
* Follow recipes accurately and contribute ideas for menu development.
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
* Assist in supervising junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
