Are you a professional & organised Receptionist looking for a secure permanent position with a well-established company ?
This fantastic company offer an extensive range of high quality, bespoke solutions to their clients and are continuing to go from strength to strength. Due to a very full order book moving forwards, they are now looking to add a Receptionist Administrator to the permanent team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this type of role, be passionate about delivering good customer service & have high attention to detail.
This is a Monday - Friday role and the hours could be flexible to suit the successful candidate (for example around School start & finish times). This is a great customer facing role & an exciting time to join a continually expanding company who have a great culture within the team & a great place to work for their loyal & passionate employees.
The Role:
1. Answering the phone & dealing with customer enquiries
2. Receiving & greeting visitors at reception
3. Scanning, Filing, Ordering, Organising of Transport
4. Managing Staff Holiday forms
5. Reconciling monthly orders with delivery note
The person:
6. Confident, professional & a great communicator who is driven to deliver a great customer experience
7. Previous experience in a receptionist / customer facing admin role
8. Good attention to detail, able to multitask & work to deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure
9. Looking for a long term, permanent position with a well-established company who value their employees
