Job Description
A well established midlands firm is looking for Family Solicitor role within their Care / Public Law team. This is a permanent position created as part of ongoing growth, with the firm looking to bring in a long-term hire.
They're a full-service firm with a strong reputation in the local market, combining traditional, client-focused approach with modern systems and investment, meaning you get the stability of an established firm without the frustrations of outdated processes.
The role
• Managing a caseload of legal aid care matters
• Handling public law children work, including care proceedings
• Opportunity to get involved in private children work depending on experience
• Working closely with the Head of Department in a supportive, well-structured team
What they’re looking for
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Experience in care / public family work
• Children Panel membership would be ideal but not essential
The role is primarily office-based in Nuneaton with hybrid working available.
