Salary: £14.91/hr
Hours: Full-time, 37.5hrs. Role includes alternate weekends.

We're looking for a confident, compassionate Night Senior Support Worker who can lead a team with clarity, warmth, and purpose. Experience in a care or support role is essential - you'll need a solid understanding of care practices and the confidence to lead others.
Rowan Court is a fifteen-bed community home for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. Looking out across the Holme Valley, Rowan Court is set across three floors and the people who live here share a communal living space, an interactive room and outdoor gardens.
