Job Title: Performance Test Engineer (CL9, Specialist)
Hybrid Working: Please note - This role will require you to work from our Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park office 3 days per week.

How best to develop your skills and hone your talents within an innovative technology environment
You will work as part of project teams, utilising agile and/or waterfall principles, successfully collaborating with various stakeholders across specialisms including:
Continuing a career based on Non-Functional disciplines including tooling and technologies, delivering industry leading solutions across all domains of Non-Functional Testing.
Identifying issues and risks, escalating and providing mitigating actions.
Leading preparation, execution or review of Non-Functional Testing.
Demonstrating experience in result analysis and presentation of easy to read reports.
Skilled in Performance Tooling such as JMeter, Neo Load, LoadRunner, Rational Perf Tester, K6 or Workload Scheduler.
Possessing experience of working in cloud-hosted Infrastructure would be an asset.
An ability to conduct deep technical analysis – determining which indicators are key of solution success or failure.
Proven leadership in implementation of Non-Functional Test Strategies and Test Plans.
