Volunteer Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter | The Collaborative Health Community (CHC)

Join us to apply for the Volunteer Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter role at The Collaborative Health Community.

We're seeking a recruiter to join our People Team and drive recruitment efforts across all CHC projects. You will manage hiring processes, source top talent, and collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What are we looking for?

We seek a professional with the following qualities:

* Experience in high-volume recruitment environments, either in-house or agency
* Prior experience in a similar role (paid or voluntary)
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* A passion for collaboration and teamwork
* Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English


What will you be doing?

As the designated Recruiter, you will lead recruitment efforts for voluntary Team Members across various fields such as clinical, research, governance, and commercial roles. Your responsibilities include:

* Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* Writing and posting engaging role descriptions
* Sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates
* Conducting initial assessments and coordinating interviews
* Maintaining a positive candidate experience
* Tracking recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
* Building a talent pipeline for current and future needs
* Collaborating with HR teams for onboarding
