About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Merchandising Assistant to join our team, providing vital support to the effective operation of the Buying and Merchandising team. You will maintain accurate systems and records, raise and monitor purchase orders, assist with stock and sales analysis, and coordinate product information across internal teams.
The role is based in a fast-moving and dynamic office and requires strong organisational and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and effective liaison with suppliers, colleagues, and external partners.
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. It can be a hybrid role but working at least 3 days in the office. Core office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
About you:
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a retail, merchandising, or administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) as well as comfortable learning new systems. You will also be flexible and proactive, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, as well as calm and reliable under pressure, with a professional and discreet manner.
