Parts Advisor – Independent Garage
Cranleigh area | £35,000 basic + OTE £40,000 | Mon–Fri only
We’re working with a well-established independent garage in the Cranleigh area who are looking to add an experienced Parts Advisor to their busy and friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with dealer or independent garage experience who enjoys a workshop-focused role, values work–life balance and wants to be part of a stable business with suppliers already in place.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the workshop, with responsibilities including:
* Workshop parts provision
* Picking and selecting parts accurately
* Pricing up VHCs
* Managing orders and returns
* Liaising with suppliers
* Using Partslink24 and TecDoc
* Some responsibility for special order pricing
* Working with an established supplier network (already set up)
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (dealer or independent)
* Confident using Partslink24 and TecDoc
* Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
* Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
What’s On Offer
* £35,000 basic salary
* OTE up to £40,000
* £250 per annum loyalty bonus
* Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm (no Saturdays!)
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays + long service leave
* Stable, supportive independent garage environment
