We are currently looking for an IT Infra Support to join our team in Crick.
This is a permanent role, Monday – Friday (with flexibility around peak periods), with a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Handle questions and incidents as a support engineer, including on-site hardware problems, making tasks versatile and dynamic.
* After internal training, manage incidents in our ServiceDesk system, acting as the point of contact for end users and collaborating with the infrastructure and development teams.
* Share experience regarding new technologies and assist end users in using these technologies efficiently.
* Install and configure hardware such as computers, scanners, printers, mobile phones, VoIP telephony, and support software installations, network usage, and time tracking.
* Manage access rights and user accounts.
* Monitor and support the Warehouse Management System, configuring it according to operational needs.
* Contribute proactively to our Lean Six Sigma work methodology.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in IT or initial experience in an IT role.
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365.
* Solid experience with computer hardware, software, peripherals, networks, and telephony.
* Flexible team player with a customer-friendly, service-oriented attitude.
* Eager to learn and result-oriented.
* Willing to support other sites when needed.
