We’re looking for a Senior Test Design Engineer to bring complex products to life, from early concept through to full-scale production. You will play a key role in the development and industrialisation of products, including the design, development, and verification of test solutions to ensure products meet the highest quality and reliability standards.About the Role
* Develop innovative test concepts and solutions using appropriate tools and equipment
* Perform test system design, analysis, and verification
* Support products across the full lifecycle (concept through to sustaining engineering)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality
* Create and maintain technical documentation in line with quality and change processes
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean/Six Sigma principles
* Ensure test solutions support efficient, high-quality product commercialisation
About You
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
* 10+ years’ experience in test design or related engineering role
* Experience with Automated test systems and functional / environmental testing
* Proficient in LabVIEW, Python, and TestStand
* Strong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Experience working in cross-disciplinary engineering teams
* Experience with lab test and measurement equipment
