Key Responsibilities
* Manage commercial insurance broking activities, including new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
* Prepare detailed and accurate market submissions and renewal review reports
* Work closely with Account Executives and Directors to achieve new business and client retention targets
* Support prospecting initiatives through research, client profiling and proactive outreach
* Secure competitive cover at renewal, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
* Respond promptly and professionally to client and insurer enquiries
* Maintain an organised diary system to efficiently manage renewals, documentation and account queries

Candidate Profile
* A minimum of four years' experience in commercial insurance broking
* Proven ability to confidently manage quotations, renewals and mid-term adjustments across a broad range of policies
* In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance markets, products and policy wordings
* Experience with Acturis software is advantageous
