About Our Client
Our client is a large organisation within the energy and natural resources industry and they are looking for an experienced Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their Salford team.
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Administrator you will:
3. Handling customer enquiries and complaints through phone, and email.
4. Updating and maintaining customer records in the company database.
5. Develop, maintain and update Customer database for all relevant customers when in contact.
6. Manage, maintain and update Application register for the relevant customers.
7. Assisting customers with the application process, answering any queries regarding this.
8. Manage a busy customer email inbox, responding to queries within SLA's.
Please note offer of employment is subject to a successful Basic DBS check. Th is role is a fully office based role, and no hybrid working can be offered.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Administrator should have:
9. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
10. Customer facing / customer service orientation
11. Ability to plan and organise
12. Attention to detail and accuracy
13. Good computer skillsexperience of Microsoft Office Suit essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint)experience of SAP beneficial
14. Ability to prioritise works
15. Ability to work as part of a team but also act independently as required
